Why use 52 weeks instead of four weeks per month?
Four weeks per month covers only 48 weeks a year. Using 52 weeks and dividing by 12 gives an average month; an individual calendar month can differ.

A coffee, a delivery, a taxi: see what a regular small purchase adds up to, then try a frequency that works for you.
Your entries and results stay in this tab. They are not saved, added to the URL, sent to a server or AI, or included in analytics and session recordings. With your analytics consent, we count only that a result was shown, without your values.
Multiply the amount per purchase by how often you buy it each week, then by 52 for a year. Divide the yearly total by 12 for an average month; multiply it by five for five years. Savings use the difference between your current and reduced weekly frequency.
For example, a $4 coffee five times a week is about $87 a month and $1,040 a year. Three times a week instead would save $416 a year. You choose whether that change is worthwhile.
